I love going into a craft cocktail bar and asking the bartender to make me something weird. Brian at Noble Experiment in San Diego made me this drink by Sam Ross. The problem with drinking is that sometimes my memory fails me. This drink is called the Electric something Fizz… This drink must have fried my brain but it tastes like breakfast. Shoot the egg yolk and hot sauce mixture, break the raw yolk in your mouth and quickly drink the cucumber fizz. It is shocking to your system but strange and wonderful. I had Brian make mine with the new Beefeater 24. I am a fan.

This has got to be one of the craziest sounding drinks I’ve ever heard of. Sounds delicious though!
As crazy as you think, but all the weird stuff aside, the cucumber fizz was the best part. The egg was perfectly foamed up and the flavor was spot on. Just goes to show that you dont need Hendrick’s to make a cucumber drink.
Ok! Via Twitter, Sam Ross says “Electric Current Fizz. An old drink. Silver Fizz, retain the yolk and spice it up, Prairie Oyster-Style.” Thank you @frogprincesse and @samueljoeross and to the Twitterverse! Please follow these two on Twitter!
