I live in San Diego and have a passion for the finer things in life. I believe that we as people can learn to drink well, eat well, smoke well and love well. Gentlemen of a century ago expressed their identity through the gentlemanly arts. Drinking and making cocktails for friends is to me part and parcel of the expressing the gentlemanly arts. Resurrecting these so-called gentlemanly arts in our lives is by no means gender based, rather it can be a lifestyle and ideal for all of us.
I want to express a sense of being that is beyond being labeled a foodie, or a beer snob, but instead living a complete life of quality. Lofty goals I know, but a man has to dream.
Thanks for passing by my blog and liking my post about Gin and Tonic Jelly. I will join you in a toast to the finer things in life. I am spoiled for choice. I can’t stop to list them as my oysters and champagne are getting warm. Toodle pip.
Great stuff you’ve got here, I look forward to checking out more. As someone who appreciates the art of drinks and drinking, and with a blog called Gin & Lemonade, I think we’ll get along well!
